Refund policy

Unless items are broken or grossly misrepresented (Which has never happened in my shop) there typically would never be a reason for a return. 

I am happy to send out a new item if there is something that is broken in transit or if it is a large item that is broken due to poor handling by USPS, I will insure your package so you can request a refund from USPS.  

I promise that I always take care of my customers.

There are no returns on custom carvings or orders.
